CAVALRY BLUE rides to glory!
It was a great show at the Amateur Rider's Club's DB Realty Southern Command Cup played between Cavalry Blue and Crisil Cowboy-ASC. The Bluesdefeated the Cowboys by 2 ½ goals in the finals of the Cup (10 goals) which was played at the Polo grounds in the Mahalaxmi Race Course. The trophy was presented by Guest of Honor Lt Gen Pradeep Khanna. The event was hosted by Mr. Raj Shroff, President, Amateur Rider’s Club and Mr. Nabil Patel, Director Sales & Marketing, DB Realty.
The match saw a packed house of Army dignitaries and their wives. Cheering the players from the stands were Priti Shroff, Dilip Piramal, Neetu Chandra, Ruhi Jaikishan, Claudia, Prasoon Joshi, Zahra Morani, Parvez Damania, Harsh Piramal, Chhaya Momaya, Rihyad & Alisha Kundanmal, Kunal Kapoor, Shyam Mariwala, Vindu Dara Singh with wife, Viren Shah and more. The exciting game was followed by hi-tea by Taj President with Prunes with pesto prawn in rice tartlets, Corn and blue cheese quiche Florentine and many more flowing in abundance.
