Were you initially apprehensive about coming to India?
Yes, very much so, but only because of the laws and regulations of India and concern for my personal safety. What people thought didn’t matter at that moment.
Why do you think you were called for the show?
Probably to create a controversy over my name. They took a big chance on me and I believe, for the most part of it, my presence turned out to be amazing for the show and its popularity.
Why did you play hide and seek about your profession?
It wasn’t hide and seek for me. I wanted them to first like or dislike me on the basis of who I am, not what I do. Plus, I had seen the show till the point that I entered the show, so I knew each and every character in the house. Never have I cared about what they thought about me nor do I care for it now, but I needed to survive in that house and win everyone’s hearts before I told them about my profession.
Did Mehak and Pooja play foul with your gang?
I have not seen the episodes yet, but Mehak was always nice to me to my face, so I have no complaints and I liked Pooja when I first entered the house. Fights were bound to happen, but each side had a choice to fight or not to fight. It takes two people to fight not just one.
Several allegations have been made about you and your profession in the press. Your take on it?
To be honest with you, I don’t care what Pooja Misrra has to say. I have no complaints since it’s her personal opinion and her opinion is hers alone. If she feels like talking about me, then that’s great and it’s her choice. She has to answer to herself, not me or anyone else. I wish her the best in life and hope she finds happiness.
She even said that you’re a Katrina look-alike. Are you?
Katrina Kaif is a beautiful woman and if she wants to compare me to her then that’s completely fine with me.
You didn’t look too happy when Mehak made a wild card entry. Why so?
I wasn’t unhappy about her return, but upset about the eviction episode. I was upset because I was made to feel like I did something wrong when all I did was stand up for myself and my family. I said over and over again how nice it was to have Mehak in the house again. I actually got a chance to get to know her post her second entry. The first time around there were so many things happening that it was hard to get close to her.
Why do you think Amar tried to get cosy with you?
I am not sure because I told him more than once not to act in a certain way. So you should ask him why he did those things. I was not happy about it at all and the whole world knew that.
Why do you think Sky always threatened to leave, but never left?
Well, he really was going to leave, but either we would stop him or Bigg
Boss would stop him. That doesn’t make him spineless.

Why did you return for a week as a guest?
I had gone back to straighten some extremely curly dog tails.
But you could have stayed longer with a wild card entry, right?
The show producers promised that there will be no wild card entry this season, but right after my exit a wild card entry was introduced.
What next?
Bollywood movies. An item number in Baja Baja Dunga, which is being directed by Chandra Barot who directed Amitabh Bachchan in Don. Then I’ve got All Out too.
Was the house full of people who had nothing else to do in life?
Absolutely! I was the only one who already had Bollywood projects in her kitty. I had to refuse a plump role in Neeraj Gupta’s film that was being shot at the same that I entered the big loss, oops I mean Bigg Boss!
Pooja Bedi surely seemed to have a thing for Sky.
Well, I’m sure she saw him as the only ‘hookable’ option in the house.
Was he the bastard of the house?
He was, but not bigger than Siddharth Bhardwaj, who was the real punk-arse errand boy!
How did you react to Juhi’s claim that Amar made her and Sunny uncomfortable?
Rubbish! All these accusations are nothing but a sham. Besides, a pornstar shouldn’t be irked by a man’s touch and neither should Juhi who’s a multi-husbanding TV actor.
Salman wasn’t too kind to you. Why?
I agreed to do the show because I’m his fan and I would be lying if I said I was not hurt by what he said, but I have forgiven and forgotten. However, I still bear the repercussions.
Why do you think Juhi won and Mehak lost?
Juhi won because she had been in the house from day one and Mahek should just be thanking ‘her lucky star’ for the second chance.
Who was the bitch in the house?
The title of ‘bitch’ was a mantle in that house and in my opinion, no one person deserved it. Instead, it should be shared amongst a lot of desperados that were in there.
Did Sunny do something in the house, which was a repeat telecast of what we see on her portal?
Well, it was ironic, but she indeed tried very hard ‘not’ to broadcast her adult actress status to the extent of being fake. However, I guess she could not compeletely hide her flesh-selling traits as a porn star and therefore in the morning, on the pretext of doing crunches, she used to do pelvic thrusts for the camera to keep the 300 person crew of the production house and channel turned on!
Why do you think Mehak got the wild card entry?
No comments! Perhaps the sucking up paid off and she got lucky.
Why do you think Sunny has been hired for Jism 2?
Because she is a Katrina Kaif look-alike and has experience in ‘undressing’. LOL!
Did you see her portal?
I really have not had the time, interest or inclination.
Were you purposely made the villain of the house?
Undeniably! It was all planned to instigate me to such a degree that I had outbursts. It was such a selfish thing to do. None of my class acts were shown, nor was the amount of comedy and philanthropy I did in there.
Will you hold it against the people who ‘attacked’ you?
I have forgiven them and dismissed it as their desperation to lengthen their time in the show.
‘Spare me’ is a rage. You like that?
I hear that ‘spare me’ has put some profanities out of business and I consider it my contribution in reducing the use of abusive language.
Did Shonali actually fart as vouched for by several roommates?
LOL!
Did you notice anyone ‘making out or getting too close?
Not really! Besides ofcourse Pooja Bedi venting her pre-menopausal urges.

We really loved your early morning dance moves. Do you do it regularly or was it just for the house?
I love dancing. Whenever I hear good music, I have to dance. In the house, only one song was played through the entire day and I really didn’t want to let it go to waste., which is why it became a morning routine.
What’s next?
I am back to doing what I love the most, which is films. Besides that, I have launched my own line of clothing called ‘Mahek Chahal Clothing’.
Five things that you missed in the house?
My watch, access to my blog, washing machine, music, and warm water.
What is it that we don’t know about the house?
There were a lot of things that audiences might have not seen. Reality shows are well-edited to only show the portions that will fuel viewership. Why would any channel want to show boring content? So yes, there were fights and arguments in the house, but there were many many moments of laughter and games too.
Honey pie moments don’t generate TRPs and both Bigg Boss and its contestants know that… Don’t they?
Not true at all. Bigg Boss always wanted all of us to be happy. He tried to bring peace to the house. You are bombarded with ‘fight sequences’ because of TRPs, but the truth is that ‘honey pie’ moments are sometimes the most memorable and loved by the housemates as well as the audiences.
A runner-up is not really a winner. How does that feel?
I don’t think anything like that kills, because I was one of the top two finalists and already am a winner. Secondly, when I was eliminated out of the show, people would came up to me in restaurants and other places I go to and tell me how much they missed me on the show and were hoping to see me back in the house and win the show. That means more to me than taking home the prize money.
Did you check out Sunny’s videos? How did you react?
My reaction to her was the same as before. Inside the house it doesn’t matter what your line of work is. People who mock each other’s personal lives or try to show that they are better off than others in what they do or how they live outside the Bigg Boss house are just losers.
Not everyone who’s needy goes out to become a porn star. Had you been in Sunny’s boots, would you have taken up a similar career?
No. I would not have done that because I would not be comfortable in such roles.
Who was the most spineless housemate?
Amar.
Was Juhi too smart and good at plotting to be evicted?
Yes. She played her cards well and made friends with the right people at the right time.
Did you not win because of your rumoured proximity to Salman?
I don’t think controversy can make you win or lose. Just because you know someone and have done two films with them doesn’t make you win a reality show they happen to host. If I was that close to Mr. Khan, I would have done many more films with him and maybe also one in the lead.

Not true. Some people play the game like a game, while some people are the way they are.
Pooja Bedi was desperately seeking some relief in Sky’s arms. When did you first notice it?
I am not sure when I noticed it, but after a point it was in everyone’s face and it was funny, but I just chose to ignore it. It didn’t deserve my attention.
