Zach Galifianakis has been famously called the reluctant superstar and carries his perfectly timed eccentricity with élan. He came to prominence with Comedy Central Presents special in 2001 and he even has his own show called Late World with Zach on VH1.

1. Puss in Boots
Zach lent his voice to the character of Humpty Alexander Dumpty , a spinoff of Shrek the movie. His character plans to retrieve golden eggs from a special goose and got Zach mmense critical acclaim.
Zach starred in this 2008 satirical comedy and showcased the other side of him. Not an in-your-face comedy, it earned mixed reviews but set Zach apart.
3. The Campaign
This political comedy gave Zach the much needed recognition. The movie received positive reviews and Zach stood out in this over-the-top comedy with his grounded demeanour.
Below wasn’t really a box office hit but Zach, as one of the five crew members who remain alive on board a submarine has been immensely praised for his “experienced acting.”
5. Dinner for Schmucks
An American adaptation of the 1998 French comedy Le Dîner de Cons, Zach played the role of Therman Murch and won the Comedy Award for "Best Comedy Actor-Film”.
