I usually go to the gym before or after my working hours. I perform intensive body-building workout which ensures that there is no muscle loss while one is performing exercises to lose fat. During my long working hours, I take short breaks in every 30-40 minutes. I also try to take out time to get out of the office twice or thrice during a day in order to breathe fresh air.
Being fit for me is really important. My profession always keeps me occupied. Before leaving for the office I always try to take out time for my fitness routine, which includes push-ups and weightlifting. It has become a routine now to start the day with a proper workout session.
Being a professional theatre artist, I have to keep my body fit and flexible. So, I do a lot of cardio and martial arts workout which includes body weight exercises and stretching. Despite having a busy schedule I always make sure that I should get at least 45 minutes to train myself for which I prefer to get up early in the morning in order to do my workout before my further daily activities.
Since extended working hours don’t give me a chance to keep a check on my fitness, so I walk a 15-minute distance to reach the office. Also, regarding my diet, I eat basic home-cooked food and eat at least 4 eggs a day to ensure that I am consuming enough protein.
