Akshay Kumar Is Back With Houseful 4 And Fans Can’t Keep Calm
The Houseful team is finally back with the fourth instalment of the houseful franchise. Akshay Kumar took to social media to give fans a sneak peek into the muck awaited part of the hilarious franchise. He released the teaser of the upcoming movie on instagram. The teaser is revealing that this movie will be taking us to the year 1419 in 2019. The caption read, “Gear up for the hilarious ride of #Housefull4 taking you back to 1419 tomorrow, with one after another poster reveal, every hour from 11 AM! Stay tuned #SajidNadiadwala @riteishd @iambobbydeol @kritisanon @hegdepooja @kriti.kharbanda @farhadsamji @wardakhannadiadwala @foxstarhindi @nadiadwalagrandson.” Looks like Akshay Kumar will be taking everyone to year 1419 very soon with more poster reveals.
The movie will star Akshay Kumar, Bobby Deol, Riteish Deshmukh, Kriti Sanon, Kriti Kharbanda, Pooja Hegde, Rana Dagupati and obviously, Chunky Pandey as Akhri Pasta. The story of the fourth instalment has been written by the producer, Sajid Nadiadwala and will be directed by Farhad Samji.
The theme of the movie will be Reincarnation and Akshay Kumar is said to have a double role in the movie. He will be playing the role of a London-based barber in the present day, and a king in the bygone era. It is after 3 years that Akshay Kumar is returning to the comedy genre.
The producer, Sajid Nadiadwala initially made the announcement of the film in 2017 and the shooting of the film started back in 2018. The movie was to be directed by Sajid Khan but due to the #metoo movement Sajid Khan opted out of the film when he was accused of Sexual Harassment. Lead actor, Akshay Kumar said that he won’t be working with an accused and the filming of the movie was curbed. The co-director of the film, Farhad Samji took the position of the Director. Sajid Khan was later given a clean chit after the investigation. As of now, it is unclear whether Sajid Khan will be returning to direct the remaining of the new instalment or not.
