On-screen character Ali Fazal is set to share screen space with Wonder Woman star Gald Gadot in twentieth Century Fox's up and coming adjustment of Agatha Christie's Death on the Nile. The film is a follow-up to the studio's 2017 blockbuster Murder on the Orient Express, likewise an adjustment of Christie's epic of a similar name. 

Kenneth Branagh, who helmed the initial segment, will come back to the chief's seat for the new venture and repeat his job of the moustachioed Belgian investigator Hercule Poirot.

Passing on the Nile has been recently adjusted into a 1978 film, with Peter Ustinov as Poirot alongside Bette Davis, Mia Farrow, Maggie Smith, among others.
