Avengers: Endgame co-director to visit India

After the release of MCU’s Captain Marvel that featured Brie Larson, Marvel fans are eagerly waiting for the release of Avengers: Endgame. And, in the middle of all this excitement, the makers of the movie declared on Tuesday that Joe Russo will be visiting India very soon. The director will be the paying his visit to the country a few days before the release of Avengers: Endgame on April 26.

While talking about his visit to India, Joe exclaimed that he is absolutely thrilled with the tremendous response Avengers: Infinity War received in India. Further, he cannot wait for the audience to watch Avengers: Endgame. He even thanked the Indian audience for embracing the movie. Also, he is excited to come to India and is curious to meet the Indian fans very soon. During the month of April, Joe will be residing in Mumbai. Notably, Indian fans will be among the first in the world to engage with the filmmaker before Avengers: Endgame hits the silver screen.

Joe and Anthony Russo joined the MCU with Captain America: The Winter Soldier later became Marvel’s preference to directer the two biggest movies. One of them was last year’s Avengers: Infinity War and other is the upcoming follow-up, Avengers: Endgame.

The 19th film in the superhero franchise, Avengers: Infinity War, became the highest Hollywood grosser of all time in India. During its opening weekend, the movie earned over Rs. 120 crores and it also received critical appreciation from the movie buffs and critics. The film was the first part of the two-film conclusion of the Thanos storyline that began in 2008 with Robert Downey Jr starring Iron Man.

Avengers: Infinity War had major superheroes, including Doctor Strange, Black Panther, Star-Lord, Spider-Man, Scarlet Witch and several others disintegrating.

The trailer of the much-awaited movie was released in December last year. The Russo brothers directorial is scheduled to be released on April 26 this year in English, Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil languages.
