Kiara Advani's New Netflix Venture
After the success of her latest film, Kabir Singh, Kiara Advani has a lot more in her kitty. The actress has been roped in to play the lead role in Netflix's new Indian original film Guilty, to be delivered by producer Karan Johar. The undertaking will be counted as one more joint effort between the actor and the maker after the 2018 series Lust Stories, which was released by Netflix on its platform.
To be coordinated by Ruchi Narain, Guilty investigates the various renditions of truth that develop when a small-town young lady blames the college heartthrob for her assault. Seen through the eyes of his musician girlfriend, this story makes us question who is genuinely "blameworthy" in such conditions.
Narain is best known for composing screenplays of movies, for example, Hazaaron Khwaishein Aisi and Calcutta Mail. As a director, she has helmed movies like Kal: Yesterday and Tomorrow and Hanuman Da' Damdaar.
Kiara Advani shared a picture on her Instagram account, with the caption, "As an actor it’s always exciting to do something out of your comfort zone.
