Netflix's 'Black Mirror' Season 5 Trailers Out
With season 5 of Black Mirror set to release on June 5, it's only weeks before we see what sort of exciting, thrilling, and aggravating situations show maker Charlie Brooker has in store for us. From what we can tell up until this point, season 5 won't highlight any creatures, which is either a stage morally justified or misguided course, contingent upon your viewpoint.
In the development to the upcoming season — which will just comprise of three episodes — Netflix has naturally been increasing its limited time endeavours for the series. Simply a week ago, for example, the streaming platform released an official trailer for season 5 which, strangely enough, incorporates a scene featuring Miley Cyrus.
With the release date now only two weeks away, Netflix prior today authoritatively discharged scene titles, cast data, portrayals, and trailers for every one of the three scenes of season 5.
First up, we have an episode called Smithereens. The episode stars Andrew Scott (Sherlock), Damson Idris (Snowfall), and Topher Grace (That ’70s Show). The description reads: “A cab driver with an agenda becomes the centre of attention on a day that rapidly spirals out of control.”
Next up, we have Striking Vipers which features Anthony Mackie (Altered Carbon) and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II (The Get Down). The description reads: “Two estranged college friends reunite in later life, triggering a series of events that could alter their lives forever.”
And last but not least, we have Rachel, Jack and Ashley Too. This episode features Miley Cyrus and Madison Davenport (Shameless). The description reads: “A lonely teenager yearns to connect with her favourite pop star — whose charmed existence isn’t quite as rosy it appears.”
With regards to the inquisitively abbreviated season — past Black Mirror seasons have included six scenes — word is that the time and included procedure required to make the intelligent Black Mirror: Bandersnatch is the reason season 5 just comprises of three scenes.
