The Pussycat Dolls Reunite For A Tour In Europe
Back in the early 2000s, a group of six girls aka The Pussycat Dolls rocked the R&B and hip hop scene of the music world with their sultry voices and moves. After a successful few years and some amazing, hit numbers under their belly, this girl band decided to part ways, leaving their fans heartbroken. But last week, these girls reunited to perform at the X-Factor UK's season finale and it would be an understatement if we say that they set the stage on fire!
It was like a time machine that took us back to the 2000s and the lovely Pussycat Dolls looked drop-dead gorgeous as they dressed up in all-black ensembles for their performance. The girls - Nicole Scherzinger, Kimberly Wyatt, Ashley Roberts, Jessica Sutta and Carmit Bachar, performed some of their all-time hit numbers like Buttons, When I Grow Up and Don't Cha. They also dropped a new single during their performance titled React.
It was after almost a decade that theses girls have reunited to perform and no, it wasn’t just for this one performance. The lead vocalist of the band, Nicole Scherzinger shared a glittery post on her official Instagram page with the caption - "#PCDReunion."
After the mysterious post, Nicole again took to Twitter to make an official statement - "I am very excited to share that we are back, baby. The #PCDReunion tour kicks off in the UK in April 2020! Tickets are on-sale this Sunday at 10am. What show are you coming to?"
This post was followed by the launch of the official Instagram account for the band, where they announced their reunion and the schedule for their reunion tour that will start in April 2020 in UK and Ireland. The tour starts in Dublin on April 5 and finishes in London on April 17. The group will go on tour minus the sixth member of the original gang, Melody Thornton.
