Tiger Teams Up With Jackie Shroff for 'Baaghi 3'
Ever since Tiger Shroff made his debut with Heropanti, he has carved a place for himself in Bollywood. His impeccably executed action sequences, his boy-next-door charm and his brilliant performances has all made him a house-hold name. One of his biggest hit film series, Baaghi is in making for its third installment and this time it is going to be super special because Tiger will be seen working alongside his father, yesteryear star, Jackie Shroff in it.
According to recent reports, Jackie has joined Tiger in his upcoming film Baaghi 3 and this will be the first time that the father-son duo are going to share the screen.
The film is being directed by Ahmed Khan and will see Shraddha Kapoor playing the lead opposite Tiger.
The producer of the film, Sajid Nadiadwala recently confirmed the news in an interview and said, “Everyone has been waiting to see Tiger team up with his father Jackie since we launched him. There have been plenty of speculations, but no one has been able to bring them together in the last six years as the duo was categorical that they would only share the screen when a film and role merited their presence. Ahmed and I feel the storyline required Jackie to be a part of the film and our visions matched because it’s a pivotal role.”
Besides Tiger, Shraddha and Jackie, the film will also star Riteish Deshmukh, Ankita Lokhande, Ashutosh Rana, Satish Kaushik, Akhilendra Mishra and Chunky Pandey.
Tiger will next be seen in the film Rambo, which is actually a remake of Hollywood’s Rambo film series. Seeing Tiger’s action sequences in his movies, he is actually the perfect candidate to play the part in a Bollywood remake.
Baaghi 3 is likely to be released in March, 2020, although no official date has been announced yet.
