Atom bombs on Japan

1945: In one of the most deadliest attacks on human race, America dropped two atom bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki cities of Japan. During the final stages of the World War II, after Germany had already signed the instrument of surrender, America warned Japan of ‘utter destruction’ and ‘rain of ruin from air’. On August 6, Little Boy (uranium gun-type) was dropped on Hiroshima and on August 9, Fat Man (plutonium implosion-type) was dropped on Nagasaki, together killing at 1,29,000 people in Japan. Despite all the justification, the decision to use atom bombs still remains debatable.
