Method: Peel orange and lemon. Add cinnamon, cloves, mace, star anise and water into a saucepan on low medium heat. Add sugar along with few drops of wine to dissolve the sugar. Simmer and infuse for about 30 minutes. Reduce it to 1 litre. Turn the heat to low and add the rest of the wine and the star anise. Add garnish and serve.
