And, don't forget to impress your significant other by showcasing some bartender skills of mixing and shaking the cocktails in a proper fashion. All the best.
It Came With The Flood
Gin infused in cinnamon and clove: 15 ml
Cranberry infused vodka: 15 ml
Sweet and sour: 10 ml
Vodka or rum: 60 ml
Curacao foam: For garnish
Martini glass: For serving
Prepare the garnish. Add some ice cubes to a cocktail shaker. Pour all the ingredients into the shaker. Shake vigorously for about five seconds. Strain the shaken cocktail into the appropriate glass. Garnish and serve the cocktail.

Rosemary, basil, sage, olive gin: 50 ml
Tomato juice: 50 ml
Lemon juice: 30 ml
Tamarind yoghurt: 10 ml Salt, pepper, mixed spices (star anise, cinnamon, cloves): a pinch of each
Olive and rosemary: For garnishing
Gin goblet: For serving
Take all the spices and muddle them in a shaker then put all the ingredients respectively and top up with ice. Stir for 20-25 seconds and strain over fresh in a gin goblet. Garnish with rosemary and three olives in a stick.

Canadian Club whiskey: 45 ml
Martini Rosso sweet red vermouth: 15 ml
Peychaud bitter: 4 dashes Maraschino cherry:
For garnish Coupe glass: For serving
Add the whiskey, vermouth, bitter and ice in a classic cocktail shaker. Stir gently and strain over a coupe glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
