Fight Body Odour With These Lifelines
Summers are probably our biggest enemy. Despite the fact that it brings in a diverse array of fruits and vegetables, we cannot deny that the heat in this season is at its peak. Not only this, you cannot depend on a two-times shower routine or the strongest perfume available in the market to shoo away that odour from your body which is not only freaking you out but also the people around you. While sweat itself is virtually odourless, the bacteria producing multiplies generating that stink. Get this straight; you cannot prevent sweating. In fact, it is necessary to precipitate to release heat from your body. It may be a wrong choice of fabrics in summers or a flaky skin disease generating the foul-smelling sweat but ditching it and preventing it from coming in just a few lines away. To get to the core, you need to understand the source of the problem.
The cause can vary from poor hygiene to bad diet regimes. Even the higher level of testosterone induces foul body odour. Adopt these lifesaving hacks to prevent the unpleasant smell bothering you. Normal precipitation is fine but if you sweat too much, drink an ample amount of water to bear the loss from your skin, if that doesn’t work, talk to your doctor. There are a few treatment options for those with more severe sweating.
If you trace the most of your body odour, the origin is mostly at the armpits. Make shaving a routine. When your underarms have hair, it slows down the evaporation level of sweat. Go for a good deodorant or antiperspirant. They are acidic in nature making it difficult for the bacteria to survive. Most of us wear socks, making it much more difficult for the sweat to evaporate. Moist feet also acts as a breeding ground for these bacteria to bloom. To prevent this, keep your feet clean and dry. Apply talcum powder before wearing socks. Go for a mild fragrance which will leave your feet fresh and hygienic. If your feet have dead skin, remove them with a pumice stone. Remember, dead skin is one of the favourite spots for bacteria to multiply.
Other alternatives which you can opt for getting rid of bad odour are wearing loose clothes, maintain a healthy balanced diet, introducing magnesium and zinc in the diet and using apple cider vinegar to dump stinky sweat naturally. There could be a possibility that your sweat may smell fruity or bleachy. In either of the cases visit your doctor soon.
