Nailed It

Doing something efficiently takes your satisfaction to the peak. And when it comes to master the art of maintaining the perfect set of nails, not everyone can become a pro at it. They should not only look aesthetically pleasing but healthy too.

Though it covers a very small part of your body but taking the right care is very crucial. You may not know but women notice it; they are an essential part to ace the first impression. Your lady should welcome and adore your touch rather than cringing away from you. And, above all, your hygiene practice reflects who you are.

Clip them right

The area beneath and around your nail is delicate and prone to getting dry damaged and infected. Don’t clip it to the extreme. Doing this may retard the nail growth and increase the risk of nail bed injuries. You may be an admirer of hygiene and well-kept nails but trimming them wrongly will damage the inner cuticle resulting in Leukonychia. Follow the natural curve and your work is half done.

Filer is a must

The next step after cutting is smoothening the edge. Missing out this step makes your nails prone to grow unevenly. Try achieving a slight roundness while filing them. Evening the edges also eliminate the problem of ingrown nails. Also, if your nail cuticles are drying, use this handy tool to push it inwards. Post filing, don’t forget to moisturize your nails.

Check your vitamins

What you eat is what you become! This is apt for your nails too. Indulging in a plate full of nutrients will ensure proper growth of your nails. The essential list for boosting up your nail growth includes- fruits, fish, leafy greens, beans, eggs, nuts, and whole grains. These nutrients must be an important part of your daily diet, not just for healthy nails, but also for a healthy body.
